Healthy Pumpkin Bread

Looking for a healthier, more filling alternative to your fall favorite? Look no further than this recipe! Loaded with oat flour, eggs, and pumpkin puree, this bread will keep you going and keep you satisfied.

Ingredients:
-1 can of pumpkin puree
-2 eggs
-1/2 cup of honey
-2 tbsp avocado oil
-2 tbsp almond milk
-2 & 1/4 cups oat flour
-2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice mix
-1 tsp baking soda
-1/3 tsp sea salt
-lots of dark chocolate chips!

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl

2. Add mixed batter into greased loaf pan. Sprinkle more chocolate chips on top.

3. Bake for 50-60 minutes, let cool and slice!
