Three Ingredient Chocolate Caramel Fudge

If you’re craving a quick and easy sweet that is sure to be a hit, look no further. Three ingredients and a microwave are all you need to craft some delicious fudge!


  • 1 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 20 oz white chocolate chips (not quite two 12 oz bags)
  • 3/4 cup caramel sauce. Our stores carry a large selection of outstanding caramel sauces. We chose Stonewall Kitchen dark chocolate sea salt caramel from our Lees Market location, but choose whichever appeals to you from any of our stores!


1): In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the chocolate and condensed milk.

2): Microwave in 30 second increments until fully melted. Stir well.

3): Pour into a lined 8×8″ pan.

4): Add the caramel sauce. You can drizzle or go heavy depending on your tastes. We chose the latter and spread it evenly over the top.

5): Refrigerate for about 1.5-2 hours. Cut evenly into servings and enjoy!
